The service at this place was top-notch. I mean the staff treated us like royalty, especially this guy Almand from cleaning. made sure our room was spotless every day, little details didn’t go unnoticed. I have to mention the food, it was simply incredible, a variety that had everyone in my family happy.

It wasn’t cheap but for what we experienced, I’d say it was acceptable.

The location of Vida Creek Harbour impressed me. The beach vibe felt relaxing, and the view from the gym overlooking Burj Khalifa was stunning. The hotel staff radiated warmth, and I loved the complimentary beach cruiser bike rentals. However, the pool area had some issues. Children were quite disruptive, splashing around and disturbing the tranquility that the hotel aimed to provide. It seemed there could be better policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy the pool without interruptions. I had noted a special request for a birthday cake for my partner, but it was never delivered, which affected the surprise I had planned. Despite the minor setbacks, the luxurious decor and serene atmosphere throughout the hotel made it quite charming.
